| How to stay healthy ? It had many parts as body healthy and mental healthy . Mental healthy is just as important as physical healthy . To stay fit physically eat between 3-5 meals day . Breakfast ,lunch and dinner are meals you can't go without . Sleep about 7-8 hours every night , don't sleep too much or too little . Do exercise , you can't live without it . Nutrition is key . Cut back on smoking . Drink "6-12" glasses of water each day it keep your skin moist . | |
